As an independent ManCo, we therefore offer investment services within regulatory guidelines to its clients and assume responsibility of the statutory requirements in the interest of the investors. For our new operations in Paris we are currently looking for a Executive Assistant (m/f).
You should have experiences in the administration. The ideal candidate will be part of a very experienced and highly motivated fast driven team. Administration, Coordination and communication must be your passion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage calendar and schedule of founders and senior management
Prepare and review materials for presentations and client meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and organization of itineraries and travel documents
Join the management team during business meetings/trips about twice a year
Assist in external correspondence to clients
Support in ad-hoc tasks
Work closely together with the other teams, offices and specialists of the XOLARIS Group
Minimum 2 years of business support/administrative experience
Background in the banking or asset management space will be highly advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization, management and time management skills
Comprehensive understanding of investment management processes and industry best practices, including understanding of long-term investments with a clearly defined investment discipline
You are fluent in French and English (German is an advantage)
