You will be a part of international, well reputed and growing firm within a human sized team.
Assisting the Legal & Tax team with collecting signatures and execution of contracts, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, tax related documentations;
Handling of soft and hard copies of all corporate documentation;
Keeping the companies records up to date in Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés and Registre des bénéficiaires effectifs as instructed by the associates/senior associates of the team;
Assisting the legal team with liaising with Directors and document execution;
Organizing and managing legal documents;
Experience in a Luxembourg law firm or in a similar working environment;
Experience with legal terminology and documentation;
An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
Team player adaptable to fast-paced and changing environment;
Good proofreading and writing skills;
Multitasking, ability to work under time pressure;
Respect for confidentiality;
Fluent English, French required, any other language is a plus;
