Responsible for IT Infrastructure, Support, Information Security, Governance, Risk Management & Service Delivery Management
Align technology vision with business strategy by integrating company processes with the appropriate technologies
Responsible for keeping all IT equipment, servers and services running smoothly
Ensure that all best practice processes for in house and outsourced suppliers are implemented, relevant, and effective
Work with the security engineer to ensure that the infrastructure is secure and to address any vulnerabilities that are identified
Assist employees with IT matters and/or escalating technical matters to the external vendors
Manage vendor's contracts and performance (SLA's), ensuring quality and speed in the service delivery
Manage multiple IT Transformation projects under waterfall / agile methodologies and ensuring they are on budget and deadlines are respected
5-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (hardware, network security, virtualization, cloud, storage and Data Centres)IT Infrastructure (hardware, network security, virtualization, cloud, storage and Data Centres)
Exposure to service delivery and outsourced partners management
Ability to manage multiple IT projects, inventory and budget
Knowledgeable in VMWare, Citrix, Azure, AWS, O365, Active Directory, Networks, VoIP
ITIL and/or PMP certifications are nice to have
Hands-on, results-oriented, autonomous and excellent team-player
Excellent communication skills in English, fluent French is a plus
