Responsible for corporate derivatives and complex equity linked solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility (KRA's)
Source, originate and execute corporate derivatives deals. Maintain relationship with corporate derivatives clients.
Collaborate with Wealth Management Sales/Bankers to originate corporate derivatives deals.
Collaborate with traders and sales to design equity linked solutions for clients.
Liaise internally with Legal & Compliance, Risk, and Finance to structure and execute complex derivatives deals.
Degree holder in Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related discipline(s).
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate derivatives or other relevant derivatives areas.
Solid experience in equity linked solution, corporate derivatives or other relevant areas.
Strong knowledge in derivatives and corporate finance.
Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
