Senior Sales Management role for Insurance Referral Business (Director Level)
Represent CS Insurance Referral Business to Front Office Management, RMs and other business partners based in Singapore
Proactively handle insurance referral pipeline and ensure RMs are enabled and activated
Assist by providing RMs with systematic case management and coordinate between RMs, brokers & other CS functions
Provide RMs with expertise about insurance solutions; referral, business processes and governance; policy financing
Demonstrable & proven understanding of HNWI insurance in Asia Experience dealing with Private Bank Relationship Managers Working knowledge and experience of insurance referral model of a top-tier bank Excellent communication and partner management skills Proven coaching / mentoring skills, collaborator with high interpersonal skills Very structured and principled with a "can do", entrepreneurial approach Passionate for sales / developing a sales culture, target & relationship oriented, good influencer. Solutions oriented, analytical, insightful Structured, disciplined, diligent, conscientious, persistent High level of risk awareness and sensitivity (HNW) Insurance sales experience, preferred order: 1). Private Bank (Insurance Specialist, Wealth Planner, RM, Sales Management); 2) Broker (Sales Consultant, experienced Operations/Case Manager; 3) Insurer (HNW distribution or Bancassurance specialist); 4) (Top tier Agent) Preferred experience: marketing materials & program development; training needs identification, design and development / deployment; and Business Solutions Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
