Better requires a process, discipline, and simplification This important role is focused on collaborating with stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors globally to design, develop, and deploy world-beating sales enablement content, tools, and programmes. We'll be looking for you to accelerate the implementation of business strategy and drive revenue growth by enabling productive and consistent sales conversations along the buyer journey.
To succeed in this role, you'll have exceptional design skills, impeccable attention to detail, as well as a strong ability to partner with key stakeholders and colleagues at all levels. You may have honed your outstanding communication skills as a marketer or in a similar sales enablement position. You'll certainly have a great track-record of working collaboratively to design rich and effective content to support and deliver impactful tools and programmes with measurable results. When we meet, you'll be able to demonstrate your proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite as well as your strong ability to adapt to new technologies and bespoke systems. It goes without saying that you'll be incredibly organised and meticulous at planning projects and communications. Ideally, you'll have worked at enterprise scale businesses where you'll have gained some knowledge of sales enablement platforms like Showpad. Experience of sales in a B2B context is vital, particularly enterprise sales.
