The Life and Health Operations department plays a pivotal role in ensuring we provide our customers with affordable and comprehensive life and health insurance products, with efficient processes to allow optimal services to our customers.
As a Contract Executive under our Life Insurance Policy Servicing team, your key responsibilities include the following:
Checking of monthly reports on maturity, renewal of term and riders
Checking of daily reports before sending them to Finance to transmit payment to CPF or agent banks
Checking of daily bonus, partial surrender, free-look payment and exceptional reports related to the team's functions
Conduct monthly review of scanned documents to ensure that the documents are archived in order and processes are adhered to regulatory requirements such as MAS Notice 314
Handles escalations from frontline pertaining to enquiries on maturity/surrender values and annual bonus exercise (Apr 2021)
Handles enquiries pertaining to post-sale illustrations that are not available in system
Verify policy liability, compute and determine the policy value payable for various transactions based on policy cover and management guidelines
Ensure that the policy servicing activities are processed within the target time set by providing guidance, support and training of staff under job holder's supervision e.g. surrenders, policy alterations
Handle incoming enquiries and servicing issues
Obtained a Diploma or Degree in any field
Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in insurance policy servicing preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team, willing to take on extra duties when necessary
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
