Enhancement of affiliate's bank's operating procedure and model to meet international standard.
Implement or enhancement of various banking systems.
Operational arrangement and handshaking between the affiliates bank and outsourcing vendor, or counterparties.
Problem solving in daily issues and incident cases from operations perspective
Work closely with Business, Compliance, Finance, IT to understand the need of requirement to articulate and implement the best practice in the system, with an effective project plan.
Support in communication between different functions and the system vendor in terms of the translate the technical case to an understandable language.
Review the drafted SOW (Scope of work) according to the defined needs and processes.
Work with relevant stakeholders and project team to prepare the system parameters and business parameters, product requirement, system layout adjustment, review of display wording in different language, data migration plan, deployment plan.
Perform end to end testing in the UAT phase, validate executed results and resolve found deflects.
Monitor the schedule and outcome of data migration and deployment.
Review user documentation such as user manual and training material.
Degree holder or above in any discipline,
Minimum 10 years of related working experience in banking operations
Experienced in core banking system development is an advantage
Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships and work effectively with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders and serve as a strong change advocate for improvement.
Innovative and willing to accept new ideas and changes;
Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
