Head of HR job for a growing Chinese Investment Firm to lead and set up all HR projects and initiatives
Your new company We are currently working with a prominent and growing Chinese Investment Firm and they are currently going through an exciting journey. They are a professional investment group with rich experience in a diverse group of business and they are looking to hire a Head of HR (Mandarin Speaker) to lead one of their growing business.
Your new role This position reports into the CEO. Your focus will be around working closely with senior management to translate key data into an effective and commercially focused HR and people strategy and influencing them on the best course of action. Your responsibilities will include establishing HR department accountabilities for the various HR functions from talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management to health and safety compliance. As a leader, you will also review and update HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organisation values, manage HR budget and reports on current and future staffing costs and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed To be qualified for this position, you need to possess:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Possess at least 15-20 years of solid HR experience in sizeable institutions (international exposure will be a bonus)
Excellent communication skills (Mandarin is compulsory)
Ability to cope with dynamic and strong competition business environment, leading organisational change and development
A strong partner to stakeholders and ability to provide advice and support to drive and maintain HR initiatives and programmes
Travel to China will be required
