As a Business Analyst in the RDM Transformation Team you will be assigned to the Watchlist & Recovery Management program, working with the rest of the team on implementing core infrastructure functions for data sourcing and execution of a strategic workflow tool, mostly relying on the Foundry platform from Palantir as formerly deployed in the Bank for Compliance.
Close engagement with different teams like RDM BAU team to collect requirements for the implementation of a front -end workflow needed workflow tool
Supporting the squad teams on specifying user stories and managing the backlog for implementation; supporting IT teams during implementation, as well as performing UAT of provided solutions - thus coordinate with dedicated squad teams
Compiling Business Requirements documentation for IT system improvements, and working with IT and subject matter specialists on solution design
Work with the wider program team to align priorities and implementation approach across various work streams, such as Data Ingestion & Modification, DQ Monitoring and Risk Reporting on defined artefacts and applicable documentation standards
Hands on involvement in analysis and answering of adhoc queries during project phase
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Excellent understanding of Credit Risk (or other risk areas such as Market Risk) field from data sourcing, processing and reporting perspective with direct experience in large scale system implementations and BAU processes
At least 5 years relevant BA experience within banking and financial services, as well as experience in designing operating models, processes and control functions
Outstanding analytical ability to identify the scale and scope of impact and problem solving skills; highly numerically proficient
Efficient customer management, experience in facing senior business partners, and ability to engage with quantitative specialists, as well as IT
Hands-on experience with Database / Database query tools / big data platforms
Detailed understanding of Agile project management principles and practices is a plus!

Python coding skills, helping to work more closely with IT
Good teammate with the ability to coordinate across all levels
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery
Hardworking, result oriented with proven ability to work with little direct supervision
BCBS 239 knowledge is desired, but not compulsory
