HR Operations Manager required by a prestigious international bank, this award winning centuries old organisation are undergoing a huge transformation to meet the 21st century and looking for a top HR operations manager to join their London business.
You will be leading a small team and playing a key role in the strategy and delivery of HR systems of the organisation in UK and EMEA, you will have the opportunity to bring your Change Management experience and see your ideas seen out through real change to help the organisation.
The role includes looking after the on boarding and exit of employees, HR data governance, HR analytics and reporting, Headcount reporting and Risk reporting. Setting the strategy for these services and be a subject matter expert of the processes and systems the bank uses.
Your extensive experience in HR Operations and managing teams will be a major benefit to the client, and having change management experience will be ensure you can help transform their HR agenda.
Acting as role model and thought leader. Influencing HR service for innovation and working closely with the banks employees to improve the HR services and policies.
Your experience in HR systems such as Oracle HR, Cognos, Absence database, Efiling.
Relationship building is also a key part of the role and responsibility of the administration services across different entities and locations globally.
