We are looking for a dynamic, industry leader within the Investment Management space to work alongside our International MD to assist Clearwater in being the worlds most trusted investment accounting and reporting solution. This senior sales position will devise and execute the sales strategy to maximize bookings growth for the addressable market. Additionally, you will have deep domain knowledge to and create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers while leading our Investment Management sales team and solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle.
Lead, train, mentor and manage a team of Enterprise reps, pre-sales consultants and business development representatives
You will be a trusted member of the Clearwater Sales Leadership team
In collaboration with our International MD, sets and execute strategy for assigned teams and markets
Understand prospective clients' current investment infrastructure, business requirements and subsequent challenges
Successfully leads complete demos on module/report/asset class requested
Represent Clearwater at relevant industry events and conference
Generate pipeline to meet and/or exceed quota
Active participant in the deal sheets process and ensures accurate and thorough completion.
10+ years' experience in business development, or strategic partner management for the Financial Services or Financial Technology space
Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas
Strong understanding of capital markets technology products and the B2B client ecosystem
Deep experience with growing a business and setting strategy for the markets and subsequent execution
Ability to gain access and interact with C-level executives and senior decision makers
Superior interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability and track record of leading successful sales teams
