Institutional Client Servicing Manager, Greater China

Our client, a well-regarded international asset manager, is seeking an Institutional Client Servicing Manager, Greater China. Reporting to the Regional Head of Client Servicing, the successful candidate will be responsible for all clients' servicing needs, and contributing to the overall client relationships.
Provide on-going client services for Chinese institutional asset owners, and act as their main point of contact for client inquires
Assist institutional sales team to organize client meetings / to coordinate client events
Conduct due diligence exercise on new and existing clients
Manage account opening and client on-boarding process, and work closely with various departments, including operations / compliance etc
Prepare presentation materials for client portfolio review meetings
Work with RFP team to complete RFP / RFIs
Ensure timely and accurate client reporting
University graduate with degree in Business Administrations / Finance / Marketing / related discipline
Relevant 5 years of fund industry experience, preferably in a diverse cultural environment
Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Solid knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated and flexible to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented and strong skills in data research
Able to interact effectively with senior level management both internally and externally
