Client Facing Sales Support Work with sales account team, interfacing directly with clients. Build trusted advisor relationships, understand clients' business challenges and propose solutions. Client facing work will include:
Advising clients on how to leverage best practices and best platforms to achieve company cloud computing and related objectives.
Develop High Level Designs and Architectures – Create and document Microsoft Cloud (ie Azure, M365, etc..) solution architectures that address client business problems and can be used to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery.
Create Proposals – Develop BOMs (Bill of Materials), Product Quotes, SOWs (Statements of Work), At-a-glance documents, business cases and RFP responses.
Sales Planning – Work with management and sales teams to develop account prioritization and support strategies that will ensure a long term trusted relationship status.
Partner Relationship Management – Develop healthy and trusted relationships with Microsoft Partner Technology Strategist, Cloud Solution Sales Specialists and key Account Managers.
Billable Consulting – Provide services as part of client projects that are billable, usually in a project oversight mode.
Intellectual Property Development – Contribute to the development of intellectual property and industry recognition (white papers, speaking engagements etc.).
Training – Develop and execute a professional plan that will enhance skills.
Serve as the solution lead for new opportunities and direct large proposal efforts leading virtual teams and collaborating with local and global resources.
Understand the client's business needs and industry trends in depth to spark innovative thinking and develop trusted advisor relationships with client executives.
Work with the Business Development team to develop and execute selling strategies.
Proactively deliver strategic messages and roadmaps to new and existing clients.
Lead client workshops and requirements discovery sessions.
Provide qualification expertise to evaluate the client's business needs and align them based upon Cambay differentiators.
Provide solution fit assessment against client requirements.
Build and deliver innovative solution demonstrations of Cambay offerings Azure Services and supporting software, including relevant ISV solutions.
Establish relationships with opportunity channel partners to enable collaboration.
Support business value assessment and business case development and deliver high quality presentations
