By providing strategic advice but also operative support to Investment Management board members and Executives on external and internal communication topics, you position investment management topics internally as well as externally in the relevant channels.
Translates investment strategy of Allianz Group and OEs into a convincing communication plan and core messages; drives the execution of the plan and ensures strong link to Group's communication strategy
Develops and implements communication plan on investment management related topics
Develops and implements media activities (internal and external) for investment management board members, executives and experts in close cooperation with GCORE
Organizes, prepares and facilitates global AIM-Events (Townhalls, virtual meetings, etc.)
Monitors and manages investment management related communication activities
Acts as an advisor to AIM colleagues in all communication related topics
Leads the internal communication both regarding content and formats and orchestrates related activities of AIM hubs and functions
Builds a stable dialogue to all relevant stakeholders; facilitates and steers conflicting stakeholder interests
Excellent English and German language skills
Experience & key skills:
Strong knowledge in investment and financial topics;
Ideally experience in asset or investment management
3-5 years of journalistic experience
Experience as communicator ideally gathered in various positions
Proven track record in fostering internal communication in a global organization
Strong networking and relationship competency; excellent team player
High agility and entrepreneurial and customer orientation
Ability to simplify, work fast and achieve excellent results
