Design, develop and manage effective learning solutions (internal with stakeholders or external with vendors) which add value to the performance of end users.
Conduct training programs (sales and services skills, personal effectiveness, system and process, etc) in different modes (ILT, virtual classroom, etc)
Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the training programs and provide recommendations.
Carry out or support country or regional learning and development projects or HR projects.
Act as Learning Partner to serve the learning needs of target portfolio in conjunction with HR RM.
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
University graduate. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Training is an advantage but not a must
A minimum 7 years' solid experience and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of learning and development including learning needs analysis, program development, management, delivery and evaluation. (candidates with less experience might be considered for the position Senior Manager, Learning and Development) Proficient in MS Office
Learning and development experience in banking or finance industry is preferred
Good command of English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
Sound analytical, vendor management, facilitation and presentation skills.
Passionate about learning and development.
Attention to details, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
