Control, validation and processing of lending and deposit operations.
Monitoring of loan collections and covenants.
Ensuring accurate, complete and up to date loan files are maintained.
Ensure deals are correctly represented in all bank systems.
Correspondence with external counterparties.
Investigation of discrepancies and related follow-up actions.
Stakeholder reporting of activity.
Maintenance of bank documentation.
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts movements and balances.
Skills and Competencies
University Graduate in Business or Economics.
5-10 years of back office / middle office experience gained in a bank.
Good knowledge of loan portfolio administration and banking operations.
Skills in document inventory management and record keeping.
Experience with SWIFT/BIC payments.
Experience in T24/Temenos an advantage.
Experience in bank back office systems.
Strong IT and systems skills (Excel proficiency, loan management systems, electronic banking systems).
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure to meet required deadlines.
Strong problem solving and analysis skills, combined with effective judgment and communication skills.
Team player with good relationship building skills. The position requires continuous interaction with other internal departments and external partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English and one or more of French, German or Dutch would be an advantage.
