They are looking for a driven individual with a thorough understanding of the importance of Client Relations to join their team. The successful candidate will need to work closely with the Sales team and display a determined and positive attitude. They will have experience of working with Nordic clients.
Build and maintain strong and effective current as well as prospect client relationships
Solid understanding of the Nordics
Co-ordinate RFPs and RFIs from clients in line with deadlines and expectations
Ability to understand client needs and proactively assist with problem solving
Keep up to date on related legal, tax and regulatory issues
Work closely with colleagues to streamline current processes and procedures to increase efficiency
Has the ability to work independently in an effective manor
Conduct in-depth client research
Create presentations for client review/client pitch meetings
2 - 4 years of experience working in the Asset Management industry with experience in a Client Service/Relationship Analyst role
