Join a prominent pharmaceutical MNC that is recruiting for an astute Senior Auditor to support in the planning and execution of the company's internal audit program, which includes performing financial, controls and operational audit, including exposure to special projects. When the travel ban is lifted, this role will have a 50% travel frequency throughout Asia Pacific, to audit their robust commercial, R&D and manufacturing plants in the region.
You will carry out audit procedures, including identifying, defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence. You will complete the documentation of audit processes and procedures in accordance with professional standards. You will execute risk-based audits to ensure compliance, company financial policy compliance and effectiveness of internal controls. You will perform interviews, reviews document, prepares working papers and assists in the composition of formal audit reports. You will understand the key components of risk within the business and ensures that these areas are tested as appropriate. Additionally, you will develop and maintain effective relationships with management so that Internal Audit is seen as a trusted advisor to the business.
To be a successful candidate, you must possess a Degree in Accounting with at least 8 years of collective audit experience in the relevant commercial sector and Big 4. You must have the Asia Pacific regional internal audit experience within a stimulating pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumer goods or technology MNC. You must be prepared to be hands-on, possess solid business acumen, exceptional interpersonal, communication and influential skills. Experience in using data analytical tools, performing successful continuous improvement initiatives, with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively, are required to succeed in this role.
