The Client, a fast growing Fintech firm specialising in pre & post trade risk management and data analytics, is looking to hire a Client Services Specialist to join their Client & Application Support team. Due to a strong sales period, the client needs to grow the team to support the continued onboarding and management of the client base.
The job - First point of contact for clients for any queries relating to business or technology. - You will be responsible for answering queries by phone and email as well as onboarding any new clients to the system. - Own incidents throughout their lifecycle and managing clients expectations with regards to resolution. - Ensure SLA's are being consistently met. - Root cause analysis and executing resolution in a timely manner
The candidate - 2 - 5 years experience in an Application Support or Client Support function - Knowledge of messaging formats such as FIX, XML, JSON and Pronto - Excellent problem solving mindset. - Ability to conduct deep dive analysis into technical issues - Technical expertise in SQL, Python or other programming language would be preferred - Experience automating workflows.
