Be business owner to define project scope, develop business case, solicit management buy-in, propose user requirement, monitor project implementation and ensure seamless deployment to business banking customers
Define customer pain point and develop digital journey and translate them into process re-engineering and system enhancement opportunities
Establish a digital drive sales and services model leveraging new technology, such as Chatbot, mobile banking, online applications
Engage various stakeholders from products, channels, IT, operation, risk etc and make business decision to resolve problems during project implementation.
Manage project rollout with a clear line of sight on customer experience, training and frontline communication
Standardize and streamline business processes across various customer touchpoints , apply relevant methodology to automate and digitalize the workflow in order to improve customer satisfaction & business efficiency
Keep abreast of latest technology and recommend relevant business applications
Harmonize BOCHK internal resources to ensure quality project deliverables to various stakeholders
Lead the development of the future mode of banking operation in fintech environment
Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
At least 8 years' solid working experience in project, process and channel management in financial industry
Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders and cascade message to senior management
Familiar with financial products, operations and sales & service quality enhancement
Attentive to details and strong drive for continuous improvement & rich sense of customer centricity
Tech savvy and able to translate business needs to IT requirement
Exposure in commercial banking business will be a plus
Less experienced candidate will be considered as Manager role
