For such a critical role, you will have proven ability in directing large scale operations with an emphasis on carrying out G2M plans. For a role such as this, you will have at least 8 or more years of relevant experience, ideally within the field of consumer money transfer at the international scale. A Bachelors degree is desired, though not required. To be successful, you will also possess the ability to perform data analysis within Microsoft Excel and be comfortable managing a team while managing stakeholder relationships.
