Responsibilities: The Regional Director South East Asia is part of our APAC Leadership organization and is the General Manager for the South East Asia territory. The South East Asia territory consists of the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam. This role reports in to the President of APAC and owns the P&L for the defined market.

Know public cloud and capable of communicating Cloud languages
Develop, execute and own the sales, services and delivery strategy within a defined market or Federation (region).
Working with the Global Service Leaders (SAM, TS, SPS, Cloud, Education), execute the transformation within the market.
Personally contribute $GP through nurturing and developing large / key customers and enabling the business to capture market share.
Grow and retain A-Players across the sales, services and corporate teams.
Constantly increase employee satisfaction scores
