We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join the Fund Administration and Reporting team in Melbourne, Australia. This role is primarily responsible for interacting with clients, their advisers and other internal & external stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure effective processes and delivery of exemplary client service.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
Respond to investor and adviser telephone and email enquiries in an accurate and timely manner
Support the onboarding of new fund investors and provide ongoing service to existing fund investors
Liaise with external unit registry provider to answer client queries, complete account openings, and resolve trade and account maintenance queries
Perform daily administrative duties and ensure all requests and tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner
Liaise with investment management teams and outsourced unit registry provider to resolve any daily cashflow queries
Day to day oversight of outsourced unit registry provider and client service mailbox
Ensure regular internal and external reporting requirements are met
Answer internal and external enquiries as it relates to requests for fund information
Liaise with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product and Client Service teams
Assist with project related work as and when required
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
Graduate degree in Finance or Business preferred
RG146 (training provided)
3-5 years relevant experience
Strong client service experience, a working knowledge of unit trust administration preferably in a custodial or operational environment and some investment market knowledge
Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders with an emphasis on supporting the sales/distribution team
Effective communication skills
Attention to detail, strong numeracy skills and good time management
Excellent computing skills particularly across the MS Office suite and SharePoint
