Better requires process discipline and simplification We will look to you to manage a complex large projects or multiple small complex projects within the AML Compliance Department. You will manage/coordinate activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/development of testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review. You will additionally evaluate project progress, maintain project documentation and develop presentations for communication. You will create process flows and test cases, conduct testing, recognize problem areas, analyze solutions, and make recommendations for resolution
You will ideally have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field in addition to 4 to 6 years progressive management experience. Minimum of four years of progressive experience managing projects in a complex retail/consumer financial services organizations with multiple products in payment services, or in a regulatory agency specializing in compliance issues for payment services, PMI Certification desirable Substantive understanding of retail/commercial financial services products and delivery systems/platforms. You will have a substantive understanding of project management methodology; prior experience managing projects within a compliance or technology organization, preferably with Six Sigma disciplines. You will have experience in anti-money laundering regulations within the banking/financial services industry. You will possess the ability to create change through influence, foster teamwork and orchestrate teams; demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, ability to earn the trust of leadership and business partners with strong customer-centric viewpoint while possessing knowledge of other business units for possible efficiencies.
