Redstone Private Banking Search are partnered with a 'start-up' Multi-Family Office in London who will be fully functional by January 2021. The MFO has been founded by two Senior Business Partners who have over thirty-five years of experience between them in the Private Wealth space. The duo are targeting UK resident U/HNW Individuals and their Families in their new strategic venture and are looking for a Senior Private Banker to join them. You will be working along a Senior Portfolio Manager and will have a Private Banking Assistant to support you.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
Leverage off your current network and client base to attract new U/HNWIs to the MFO platform with a target of USD 30 MM in Net New Money in year one. You should also aim to grow your current network of EMEA clients through business development methods such as networking events, client referrals and intermediary services.
Keep up with the turbulent market changes and Co-ordinate with your portfolio manager to offer insightful investment solutions to your clients. Use current trends to achieve affective asset allocation to generate high levels of revenue
Work efficiently in a small team to help the Multi-Family Office develop and establish a presence in the UK Market
Role reports into the Managing Director
Key Qualifications / Experience
At least 5+ years of experience as a hunter Private Banker with an established book of clients who would be interested in a MFO set-up.
Track record of business development is crucial due to the nature of the platform (an understanding of an MFO set up or work experience in this structure is preferable.) Experience in selling Lombard Loans or assisting with Commercial Real Estate deals is also desirable
Experience and knowledge in the client account onboarding procedures with onshore clients e.g. KYC & AML screening as well as general paperwork signing. Your assistant will assist with onboarding, but you will be responsible for the overall account opening.
