About Our Client Our client is a renowned real estate developer with a global financial investment division.
Job Description Reporting to Senior Finance Manager, you will lead a team to prepare monthly consolidation, financial and management report for the business unit of Financial Investment. Being a successful candidate, you will: -
Coordinate the preparation of year-end financial statements & audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
Develop work flows for budgeting and cash flow forecast for the BU to ensure consistency in financial and statistical reporting and accounting
Coordinate the financial analysis needs and conduct economic studies
Support the establishment of accounting plans & policies and manage the implementation to ensure compliance of financial activities of the managed department / business area with the Group's established policies
Participate in system development projects and coordinate related enhancement & UAT
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration or related disciplines
Qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Big 4 and Financial institution with solid accounting knowledge of financial products
Self-motivated, responsible, good team player
Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
