The company provides trust administration and advisory services. Wealth planning is provided by a team of wealth planners located inside the bank.
The Team Head Trust Relationship Management is responsible for maintaining relationships with UHNW clients as well as complex trust structures. The person will lead a cluster of trust relationship managers/administrators dedicated to this client segment.

Main duties Team Head, Trust Relationship Management
Supervise a team of trust relationship managers and trust administrators for the daily administration of trust and/or companies, including preparing letter of requests, preparing trust review packs for clients meeting, reviewing of letter of wishes, account opening, insurance transfer/purchases, property transfer/purchases etc, revocation, termination and restructuring and all other related trust administrative matters.
Responsible for monitoring the team members' KPIs are promptly met, such as meeting regulatory/tax filing, completion of periodic reviews and transaction monitoring
Interact and liaise with private bankers, intermediaries and clients on trust and/or company matters.
Attending trust review with team members for ultra high net worth clients and clients with complex structures.
Responsible for providing guidance and mentoring the team members in particular the handling of complex structures.
Providing staff developments such as in-house trainings.
Provide support to Head, Trustee.
Attend monthly trust company Management meeting, provide updates and highlight issues to management.
Lead or contribute to specific strategic ad hoc projects.
Team Head, New Business Take on
Leads a team that is responsible for onboarding of new business/clients to ensure completeness of trust set up
Onboarding of clients: supports the wealth planners with expertise on trust matters and should meet the clients (if necessary) as many structures will be tailor-made.
Ensure smooth transition of new trust to Trust Relationship Manager
Supports the wealth planners with expertise on trust matters
Train Trust Relationship Manager in client skills and mentor those defined who can progress include review Letters of wishes
Develop a client experience enhancement concept
Minimum 10 years or more trust administration experience
Familiar with governing trust laws and regulations; and standard AML policies and requirements by Financial Institutions.
Strong leadership skills
Able to effectively manage a team of trust relationship managers and trust administrators
Strong competency and work with little supervision, and has initiative to complete tasks independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage clients' expectations and suggest / provide solutions
University degree from a recognized institution
Possess a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management or, at least, a WMI Certificate in Trust Services
