A leading Parisian financial services firm is looking for Application Support Analysts to join their support team to ensure the continued support of their front-office services. You will be supporting their front office teams whilst ensuring that their middle-office functions also continue to operate at the required level.
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support across the business
Hands-on support of bespoke in-house applications and risk systems
Some Out of Hours support following a predefined rota
Implementation of scripts and solutions to address urgent issues
Fluent French speaker is essential
UNIX scripting skills
SQL & SQL Query for data analysis and problem solving
Familiarity with ticketing/incident management systems (BMC preferred)
Financial Services Experience is essential
