Our client is a large global alternative investment company headquartered in the US. As part of their growth they are now seeking someone to join their office in Singapore as an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant with the purpose of providing effective administrative support to the Singapore Team.
To provide administrative support to the Singapore Team and manage general office matters such as managing inventory of supplies, working with IT to trouble shoot technology issues, maintenance of a tidy and orderly office
Administrative tasks such as calendar scheduling/management; arranging meetings and conference calls, coordinating travel arrangements, maintenance of contacts, office files and reports, drafting presentations and reports using Microsoft applications (excel, office, etc.)
Receptionist responsibilities including answering in-bound phone calls & emails and receiving office guests
You may also need to support on unique business-related special projects requiring analytical skills and Microsoft application proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong academic background
Significant experience working in a similar capacity
A very good understanding of MS Office Programs
Knowledge of investment services business would be a strong plus
Organizational skills; ability to manage projects effectively and on-time
Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
