You are leading an organization with architecture/design, engineering and delivery/operation units, with teams and staff in Switzerland, Germany and Singapore, responsible for project delivery and engineering as well as operations & maintenance of standard IT runtime platforms (IaaS and PaaS including management tooling) for internal (corporate, development) and client environments.
Ensure high availability, stability and performance of the IT runtime platforms and IT environments along agreed service quality
Define strategy for cloud platform services and own the implementation of the corresponding transformation programs
Deliver global standardization, automation and centralization along cloud platforms from architecture, engineering to operations
Manage a global organization and focus on continuous efficiency and effectiveness improvements of the Target Operating Model, aligned with all relevant stakeholders and partners
Deliver and operate critical environments for internal and external clients along agreed plans and by applying standards
What you need
Strong experience in IT operations
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, from Data Center up to Middleware, from IaaS and PaaS
Experience in managing global large organizations
Strong strategic and conceptional skills

Experience in presenting to Executive Boards resp. Board of Directors
