About the Role In line with the Company strategy/Operating Plan, to develop, implement and deliver marketing plans for several product/services through their life cycle and/or a market in order to optimize overall sales, growth and profitability.
The Securities product management team is looking for an experienced product manager with the prime mission to translate the securities strategy into products, up to their go to market. Securities accounts for more than half of SWIFT's revenue, and is a versatile business domain with many facets. As we continue to expand the breadth and depth of the securities product portfolio, this role will be to drive key platform initiatives identified by the strategy team. You will be involved in projects that remove friction in the securities settlement through advanced pre-validation, increase transparency with the goal to decrease settlement time and/or enhance our data and analytics securities product portfolio.
We need an action oriented, data-driven individual with a solid mix of both technical and business skills - someone who is equally comfortable working with development teams as well as with the our clients. Own the business and roadmap for securities product portfolio, driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for the service.
Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, designers and other product management leaders to assure delivery of an integrated experience across the DevOps software development lifecycle all the way into production.
Drive and own the product requirements process while working collaboratively with key stakeholders to prioritize and validate technology, features, product direction and strategy.
Influence the Product Development and innovation teams while helping them better understand what to build and why.
Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering and designers on fresh new concepts.
Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate business performance and feature usability with a direct feedback loop into the product strategy.
Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption.
Work side-by-side with product marketing on marketing collateral, pricing and positioning.
A talent for spotting and seizing new market opportunities and translating technology into business value.
Experience in the securities industry in an operational or product management capacity.
Strong knowledge of the SWIFT business is an asset

Strong customer empathy and relationship building.
Demonstrated ability to distil and present research findings, market analysis and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated strong, structured and data-driven problem-solving and prioritization skills for multi-dimensional problems.
Demonstrated experience with Agile and Lean development practices.
Excellent multi-channel communicator. You need to be able to convey your thoughts succinctly and eloquently in person, at industry events, webinars, through requirements and product collateral.
Excellent communicator, with natural ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, customers and at industry events and webinars.
Outstanding organizational skills to coordinate various creative, technical, and administrative projects across the organization.
At least 5 years' experience preferably in the financial industry in a product management position.
