About Our Client Our client is one of the top asset management firms from America and they are now seeking a position of client reporting analyst/ assistant manager to join the client reporting and cashflow team within the institutional/ wholesale client services, Asia Pacific. They provide world class investment solutions and retirement expertise. The team manages both the cash flow processing and investment & administrative reporting for institutional/ wholesales and private banking clients.
Responsible for producing and reviewing a wide variety of regular client reports including investment and administrative reporting for institutional, wholesales and private banking clients on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual basis
Process client cash flows by understanding investment process flows, dealing and cash flow process, accounting and performance measurement process
Handle client onboarding process, enhancement for overall client services process and regional initiatives/ system development initiatives that impact institutional clients
Update client records according to procedures and direction on the Client Relationship Management tool (CRM tool)
Work closely with internal department and relevant stakeholders like RFP and sales team to ensure new client reporting process is implemented effectively and efficiently
Handle ad hoc duties like mailbox queries, risk matters escalation, project meetings, feedback sessions coordination and process improvement activities
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree with major in Business Administration/ Finance or relevant discipline
3-4 years of working experience in client reporting, investment operation within fund management, investment firm or asset management firm. Knowledge in investment markets is an advantage
High attention to details regarding on service delivery, documentation and reporting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong MS skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
