As part of their Operations team, you will be part of a structured team that facilities the organisation's trading activities by monitoring and processing the trade life-cycle of various asset classes. You can expect to be responsible for end to end trade support, as well as to support their front office/traders/portfolio managers in reporting and in process enhancement. Responsibilities include:
Full trade lifecycle management including but not limited to accurate booking of trades, confirmation, settlments and management of trade lifecycle event (asset servicing)
Reconciliation of any trade, position, and cash discrepancies or gaps
Query and issue resolution with any internal or extranl parties involved in trades
skills and experience required
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking or Finance
Strong experience trade lifecycle management in all or at least one of the following products : fx, equities, fixed income
At least 3 years of banking/finance/buy-side related experience in trade management
Able to work with high level of accuracy and attention to details
Excel skills and the ability to work with macro spreadsheets; strong VBA expertise and Python are an added advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
