About the Head of Wealth Product Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the product development strategy, analysing trends and competitive industry landscape. You will also take the lead in developing and executing product launches and functional strategies, managing a team of professional to make decisions on critical impact on company revenue. This role reports directly to the Head of Retail.
Drive product financial and revenue performance, manage acquisition targets
Lead strategic product development, product innovation and road maps, programme launches, and programme marketing
Identify product and technology trends, threats, opportunities for product managers and specialists, and analyse competitve industry landscape
Manage fundamental trials of product commoditisation for advanced solutions, and oversee all aspects of program life cycle management
Assist the team in prioritising, negotiating, and removing obstacles to achieve best business results
Assess product and business risk, applying sound ethical judgement, with particular consideration for the bank's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, adhering to applicable laws, rules and regulations
To succeed in this Head of Wealth Product job, you must have the ability to lead effectively, drive existing strategy efficiently, have an open and creative mind, explore and roll out new product strategies. You will work independently and be in close collaboration with the regional team.
Degree in business or finance related field
Minimum of 15 years' experience in retail banking or investment wealth segment, preferably with at least eight years' managerial experience
Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders
Strong understanding of retail and/or investment wealth products
In-depth knowledge of industry and competitor product offering and services
Task-oriented, organised and attentive to details
