The ideal combination of specialization in the field of Compliance in Banking with further enhancement of your project and leadership experience
The opportunity to take responsibility for regulatory and compliance topics within the SUB Division of Credit Suisse from strategy, stakeholder management right through to implementation considerations
Lead Compliance's contribution to divisional and cross-divisional projects
Close interaction with senior management and a platform for building up a network within the integrated bank
Involvement with cutting-edge banking topics by motivating change in an industry-leading bank
Being a member of a results-oriented team, whose pronounced team spirit, diverse profiles and specific business expertise guarantee an exciting working environment
We are open to discussing flexible / agile working
University degree or equivalent or an equivalent education in an area related to Risk Management / Compliance / Legal, or Economics in general
At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally within a Compliance department of a company active in the Private Banking and Wealth Management Industry. Experience in project management would be another strong asset
Good exposure to banking products, processes and regulation
You are analytical, confident and possess positive relationship skills in order to interact with various departments and various seniority levels
You possess strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills in combination with a great eye for detail
Proven ability to innovate and drive change
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Drive and enjoyment in generating and/or visualizing solutions to complex problems and present them
First-rate communication and presentation skills as well as experience in collaborating with different hierarchy levels
Proficiency in English and German (both written and oral)
