The Federal Reserve Board is seeking a year-round graduate student intern to help support and manage several staff and leadership development programs within the Division of Supervision & Regulation.
The selected individual will be a part of the Workforce and Workplace Management team and complete assignments that pertain to all staff and leadership development aspects of an embedded human resources team.
Duties include: • Talent management support • Preparation of reports, research and data analysis • Drafting communications, research of best HR practices, program improvement, and evaluation. • Participate in special projects as assigned. May implement project recommendations
Over the course of the internship, the student will: • Improve upon written and presentation skills • Improve upon analytical skills • Participate in creating leadership and staff development recommendations
While completing the above learning objectives, a student will gain experience in talent management programming, enhancements to current processes, and help determine if a talent management career would of interest upon graduation
This is a great opportunity for a graduate student with an academic focus on human resource development and business acumen. The internship may take place in a virtual environment. Candidates must be current, matriculated graduate students, recent graduates are not eligible.
