The Role Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the global communication and engagement strategy for RB Agility and associated change activities
Own and champion the narrative for the Retail Banking transformation journey
Lead communication innovation within Retail Banking by way of piloting new communication technology, A/B testing of messages, focus groups and data driven practices
Establish key messages, talking points and ensure alignment across senior management including Group, Regional and Country stakeholders
Support senior stakeholders with high impact communications for engagements with internal and external stakeholders
Support the development and implementation of related Group-wide communication plans
Develop, implement and measure an innovative and engaging communications strategy for RB Agility and associated change activities
Own and maintain a detailed communications plan encompassing both RB Agility and the wider Retail Banking transformation journey milestones, channels and key messages
Ensure RB Agility and associated communication activities are clear, consistent and aligned to the Retail Banking strategy and vision
Lead communication innovation within Retail Banking by piloting new technology, A/B testing of messages, focus groups and data driven practices
Apply human centred design principles to develop engaging communications collateral leveraging new and existing mediums
Identify opportunities to promote Retail Banking achievements across the wider organisation
Apply journalistic methods to share human stories that celebrate success and resonate deeply with our diverse audience (videos, blogs, interviews, social media etc.)
Publish high quality editorial communications such as DScoop and similar broadcast collateral
Maintain a library of relevant content that can be utilised by senior management across Retail Banking
Ensure alignment and compliance to Group communication standards and design principles
People and Talent
Lead through example - publish best practice communication deliverables, tools and templates that can be replicated across Retail Banking
Establish and develop a network of communication agents across Retail Banking to share best practice and act as a feedback loop on message effectiveness
Introduce a training framework to build communications as a capability within Retail Banking Tribes
