With a mind to further expand their business in Hong Kong, they are now seeking for a business-minded candidate to drive for an innovative and digital servicing model to exceed their customer expectation.
Handle email, live chat, inbound and outbound call on all customer enquiries in a proactive and positive manner
Evaluate problems / issues raised by customer and provide solution effectively to build customer loyalty
Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate to team head if necessary
The Successful Applicant
1-2 years of experience in customer service/ client servicing/ call center (Banking/ Investment/ Fintech or other Financial Services) is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered
5-8 years of experience will be considered as a senior position
Good in verbal and written English and Mandarin
Excellent in customer service mindset and interpersonal communication skill
