Lead the upgrade of HR Shared Services, refining and implementing the overall service delivery strategy, including developing and executing on a detailed program roadmap, working with process owners and service providers to identify optimal service solutions and continuous improvement opportunities to mature the overall service delivery capability
Manage the HR Shared Services Team including payroll and benefit administration to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company policies
Stabilize and enhance PeopleSoft to become an effective and efficient platform to support growth strategy and operations
Build a continuous service improvement process and consult with process owners to explore opportunities to mature/optimize key processes
Prepare management reporting and information analysis to support HR operations and continuous improvements in HR services delivery
Develop and enhance HR shared services related policies, procedures, and systems to support growth of the Bank
Develop and maintain appropriate HR operation policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
Lead ongoing HRIS maintenance, upgrade and other system related projects
Qualifications and Competency Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in areas of HR Systems & Shared Service in the banking industry
Experience in project management of developing, enhancing or maintenance for various HR processes and related systems
Knowledge of data security, database management and data analytics
Expertise in utilizing data to scale and improve services and experiences
Well versed with employment related laws and ordinance and regulatory requirement
Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
