We Offer A challenging and exciting role in our FLDS Coverage Team within the First Line of Defense Support (FLDS) of the Business Area Private Banking International (PBI)
The opportunity to support and advise the front and be fully involved with all risk related topics like AML, Cross Border, Investor Protection, Tax and Fraud for one or more Market Areas of PBI.
Take the chance to be a true partner to the Market Area(s) by proactively support the front unit to be a strong 1st Line of Defense. You participate in Management Meetings and support the front with Challenger Sessions and control execution. You analyze the results of the Risk & Compliance Scorecard and take improvement measures where necessary.
As Coverage Partner for a Market Area you also interact with other control functions of the bank like Divisional FLDS, Compliance or NFRM and build a powerful and efficient network.
The possibility to work in risk related projects and to actively contribute to these projects
A chance to participate and to contribute into risk related committees of the Business Area (BA) PBI and to perform deep dives in order to identify weaknesses and improvements in the overall risk framework of the BA

A university degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education
5-7 years of experience in a similar function in the financial industry, or are familiar with the processes, tools and guidelines of the bank
Comprehensive expertise across key risk areas relevant to our PB business (incl. AML, Cross Border, Investor Protection, Client Tax).
You have the ability to perform excellent stakeholder management and to establish and maintain trusted relationships with the front as well as with the management of the BA.
High degree of flexibility, the ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines with a strong focus on quality
Team player with strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a can-do attitude and a structured, solution oriented approach
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
Proficiency in English, any other language especially Italian or Spanish would be a plus
