Relentless pursuit of better We will look to you to lead the platform Portfolio Management Office specifically for Partner Strategy & Solutions, managing the 3rd party partner consumption of our Money Transfer and Payments products and services built on our cloud-based X-Border platform. You will be responsible for managing the intake, prioritization, capacity management and reporting across the product and services offering for partnerships providing analytics and forecasting to highlight risks in our ability to deliver. You will define and implement the overall structure for the portfolio including establishing standardized processes, tools, and templates as well as collaborating across the platform organization and the business partners to ensure one cohesive governance model. You will maintain this operating model and establish continuous process improvements. You will provide regular executive level dashboards to show progress on our X-team goals & KPIs, highlighting key deliverables, achievements, risks, and issues.
For this high priority, high visibility role, you will need to have 10 years progressive portfolio, product, or program management experience. You must have a willingness to jump in to do what is needed for the role as well as strong leadership and communication skills that can work well across global teams in a fast paced 24/7 environment. You will have experience in a lean agile/ SAFe environment and the ability to mentor and drive product teams.
