About Our Client My client is a Tier 1 International firm. To really stand out and fit the future in a constantly changing world, they are building the next generation platform that drive engagement. They are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to be part of the key member in building the platform.
Collaborate the manager and define the testing strategy
Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan
Communicate with the Business and act as the point contact between Development and Testers
Applying technical skills related to the product being tested (knowledge of programming languages to software QA, knowledge of machinery for hardware, etc.)
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
Strong analytic capability and skills , such as database architecture design, business intelligence application configuration
Experience in managing a team in Testing/QA and system operation support; preferable with experience in Insurance Industry
Relevant Experience: Quality Assurance, Testing, System Operation, Incident Management
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
