Assist with management information system (MIS) tasks, namely producing, coordinating and sending sales performance reports to designated parties;
Assist supervisors to formulate sales target allocation for branch management, promote and implement incentive programs and performance management, and improve branch business performance of the branches;
Assist in analyzing sales and service productivity of each unit in the branch network;
Handle and coordinate all the work according to the functions and responsibilities of the unit to ensure effective execution of daily routines;
Assist in handling basic management work within the unit, support and assist with the work assigned by supervisors.
College degree or above ; preferably with major / minor in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management, etc;
College degree or above with at least 2 years or above working experience in bank;
Degree or above with at least 1 years or above working experience in bank;
Excellent Chinese and English writing skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including Putonghua and English;
Familiar with common softwares, e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc;
Familiar with Chinese and English input methods;
Good writing and presentation skills;
Good communication skills;
Possess good problems solving skills:
Able to complete the work in a timely, complete and correct manner according to the direction/request of the supervisor.
