In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities
Coordinate People Engagement & Sustainability initiatives for Group CBGO across 7 locations (Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, China and Thailand)
Coordinate and support initiatives related to Transformational Leadership, Future of Work (FOW), Future Ready Workforce (FRW) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) programs
Coordinate Future of Work experiments with task force members and stakeholders to monitor outcomes and identify future operating model
Manage communications, data and metrics reporting on People Engagement, Sustainability and Transformational Leadership programs
Keep management abreast of project developments, set up periodic reviews and prepare relevant documents to communicate progress
Manage all project phases and collaborate with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree with min. 7 years of experience working in Banking Operations / Customer Centre and min. 7 years in a managerial role or people engagement role
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with employee focused mindset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
A mature candidate with strong focus on critical thinking, effective facilitation and influencing
