Providing assistance to Pictet Asset Services (PAS) clients in connection with the roll-out (launch/migration) of new funds and sub-funds, as well as for all events that may occur after the launch (liquidations, mergers, transfers, changes of structure, class launches, etc.).
Handling the roll-out of PAS clients' projects, such as fund/sub-fund launches, in/out migrations, mergers, liquidations or other modifications, and ensuring that there is coordination with the parties involved.
Acting as the preferred point of contact by ensuring that information on the project is exchanged between the client, the various parties involved in the Pictet Group (management company and custodian bank) and external parties (managers, lawyers, auditors, liquidators, etc.).
Monitoring the progress of each project and completing the action plans and monitoring tools.
Drawing up migration plans and retro planning.
Obtaining assurance from operational teams that system parameters are in place.
Guaranteeing the success of the projects both for clients and the PAS parties involved.
Developing the function by integrating coordination of the new services offered by PAS.
Issuing constructive proposals to offer appropriate and/or innovative solutions so as to optimise the flows and processes related to the different projects.
Bachelor's or Master's in Economics/Banking/Business, or training deemed equivalent.
Good knowledge of the fund product, with a cross-disciplinary view of the investment fund universe and the role of the parties involved.
Excellent knowledge of banking operations (custody, fund administration).
At least seven years' experience.
Strong sense of client service and awareness of the constraints of the Front.
Highly developed sense of organisation, planning and relationship management.
Experience of project management would be a plus.
English: native speaker (or at least C1 level). Proficiency in French (written and oral).
Skilled user of common IT applications.
