- Own the information business for the region (P&L); - Define data strategy: relationships with IP, new data acquisition lead; - Define information product roadmap for the region in collaboration with headquarters; - Coordinate customer on boarding and support, track customer satisfaction; - Coordinate global account tenders across the region; - Develop relationships and business for key large accounts; - Define Information Budget and Strategy for the region; - Support and/or Lead the commercial negotiation with prospects up to the signature of contractual documents; - Agree and align the local information sales growth strategy with each country in the region; - Research and Identify market trends, and other developments, report to appropriate stakeholders; - Create and implement new strategies, tools and processes that will positively benefit the team, regional sales and income; - Make sure product proposition are analyzed in each country and identify how to best sell products, and identify any product updates where required; - Establish and maintain communication links with other internal departments and each country in the region to identify all sales opportunities; - Participate in external events organized within the Region representing the company in the best light for building new business contacts and information sales; - Work closely with the local Commercial teams to achieve the highest efficiency of the sales process by following group offering procedures, well-tailored offers and cost control.
