The Incident Analyst gathers information and produces reports on threats to support the protection of the Bank's people and assets. The analyst will work closely with other functions in Corporate Security to proactively identify potential threats, provide response-support, and support other functions within the Bank, including the Crisis Management Team. Over time, the analyst will gain expertise in discerning trends, the ability to provide accurate understanding of present and future threats, and incident management skills. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain strong situational awareness of risk factors or events that have the potential to impact the Bank. 2. Produce insightful and actionable reports on potential threats. 3. Support the planning and implementation of intelligence gathering and reporting processes. 4. Maintain and review a database of sources, pertinent information, records and files. 5. Provide proactive information on potential threats. 6. Provide support to the Crisis Management Team. 7. Liaising with a range of stakeholders across the Bank in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications 1. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. 2. Good knowledge and experience in investigations, threat monitoring and travel management. 3. Excellent research skills and attention to details, ability to rapidly digest and evaluate large quantities of information. 4. Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills. 5. Ability multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and under tight deadlines. 6. It is essential that the candidate has initiative, integrity, and the ability to work independently and as a team
