We Offer Background Stock Lending Trading Services team supports the APAC Stock Lending Desk that lies within the Prime Services department. Market coverage includes APAC markets such as Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, and South Korea.

Role and responsibilities Provide outstanding client services for both internal and external clients. Supporting SBL desk and other sales and trading as part of Prime Services.
Facing off against multiple desks across the region and globally.
Trade Support Functions such as:
Trade Life Cycle Management
Inventory Management including Short/Fails Coverage
Driving process and systems improvements including performing User Acceptance Testing
Resolving any discrepancies to ensure timely settlement of trades
Front to back understanding of the stock lending business and the greater department.
This will include cross training with the swaps team.
Develop an understanding on revenue drivers for the business
Working closely with IT and project teams to develop valuable services

Degree qualification or equivalent, experience in middle office trade support, product control,
Proficiency in Securities Lending, Prime Brokerage, Cash Equities and Swaps, Corporate Actions
Experience with Contract Compare services such as Equilend/Pirum including SBL Billing
Understanding of collateral management/exposure management including bilateral and triparty arrangements
Previous middle office experience preferred but not necessary
Bloomberg and MarkIt experience
Excel macro building/Python is a plus
Equity and Fixed Income experience.
Good written and verbal communication skills as well as being confident to liaise with client and front office
Work efficiently as an individual and work with multiple teams to achieve a common goal
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and efficiently organize own work, whilst working under pressure
Deadlines driven and a self-starter
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong numerical skills and evidence of developed problem solving skills
Understand when it's necessary to report to senior management
