Project Management: Assess, lead and organize our finance data consolidation project (and others) within Heineken Germany operation. Break down complex and huge targets to manageable pieces. Challenge the cross-functional teams, review and challenge progress as well as drive project performance to ensure we not only hit our targets but do this also as a team.
Change Management: Think ahead and be our Change Champion. Support local management and employees in how to drive change, communicate throughout all levels and foster understanding in Heineken Germany for the challenges and requirements that lie ahead of us.
Stakeholder Management: Connect on a global scale and be the voice of our projects to all internal and global stakeholders. Discuss and agree on project scopes and timings but also drive make our unique business model understandable to others.
University degree e.g. Bachelor/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
Several years of professional experience, preferably in finance and IT related projects as project lead
Experienced in operative finance processes development and improvement
Experienced in organizing cross-functional teams of individuals, assessing process and information flows
Strong service and customer orientation (internal & external)
Excellent change management as well as communication skills
Systematic and analytical thinking
Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP R3, HANA, C-FIN, BW
Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
